Platja Llarga
Platja Llarga, in Roda de Berà, is located in the north of the Costa Daurada and stretches for over a kilometre of fine golden sand, reaching a cliff that forms a natural barrier and borders the municipality of Creixell to the south. Platja Llarga, with its clear, warm and calm waters and gentle slope into the sea, is a busy, flat and wide family beach, notable for the presence of the Els Madalers dune ecosystem.
La Llarga is also a beach equipped with every kind of service, with beach bars and restaurants, sports areas both on the sand and in the sea, lifeguards and rescue, showers, foot-washing stations and adapted toilets, as well as walkways for people with reduced mobility and an assisted bathing service with amphibious chairs, among others. Platja Llarga holds the highest environmental and tourism quality awards, accredited by the Blue Flag, ISO 14001 and E-CAT 000286.
