Visit the newest lighthouse in Spain
The Torredembarra lighthouse is the last lighthouse built in Spain. It stands 38 metres above the ground and 58 metres above sea level, with a range of 20 nautical miles. It is the tallest lighthouse tower in Catalonia. The visit lasts about 30 minutes and involves climbing 189 steps.

Platja del Canyadell is the perfect spot if you are looking for peace and quiet in a unique, small space. It is a little cove sheltered by the Roquer de Torredembarra, and it has been named a "virgin beach" by the Grup Ecologista de Tarragona i l'Ebre d'Ecologistes en Acció de Catalunya.

Would you like to get to know a privileged natural setting, recognised for its wealth of wildlife? The mouth of the River Gaià is part of the network of wetlands of southern Catalonia, and since 1992 it has been included in the Plan for Areas of Natural Interest.
You will be able to see the large number of small birds that live there, as well as mammals such as voles, rabbits and squirrels, and, less frequently, foxes, badgers, weasels and beech martens. Without a doubt, it is a unique opportunity to reconnect with nature.
