Making eau-de-vie in L'Espluga de Francolí
Visit the Fassina Balanyà in the old eau-de-vie distillery
In L'Espluga de Francolí there is a restored old eau-de-vie distillery. The building was abandoned for many years without being given any other use, which meant it stayed practically as it was left. Today you can tour this space, where small-scale distillation is demonstrated. For adults, the visit includes a tasting of eau-de-vie and liqueurs of various kinds.

Discover the depths of the earth at the Coves de l'Espluga
We suggest putting on a wetsuit and heading up an underground river, discovering the most unusual and surprising galleries. It involves a visit to the Coves de l'Espluga, an introduction to the world of caving on a fairly easy route. If you prefer the outdoors, you can visit the Museu de la Vida Rural, a museum that explores the traditional life of Catalonia's villages, especially that of the farming families who lived in rural areas.
Visit the Monastery of Poblet
Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1991, Poblet is the largest inhabited Cistercian monastery in Europe. We suggest a visit through all its rooms to discover the history of this architectural complex of great importance to the Crown of Catalonia-Aragon. Poblet is the largest monastery on the Cistercian Route; Santes Creus and Vallbona de les Monges, in the province of Lleida, are the other two, and it is a good starting point for getting to know these three great monastic complexes.
Discover the history of Montblanc
You may know Montblanc for its connection with Saint George, but this #VilaAmbCaràcter (town with character) hides many secrets, anecdotes and traditions that we invite you to discover on a guided tour of Montblanc's historic centre.
