To start, we recommend you spend the morning at the Jungle Trek adventure park, located in the Tamarit estate in Tarragona, next to the Platja de la Móra. Covering a total of 2.7 hectares, it is a place full of routes that let you do all kinds of adventure activities (treetop circuits, zip lines, climbing wall, etc.) designed for young and old.
Next, you can visit the Agroecological Park of the Hort de la Sínia, also in Tamarit. This farm combines organic farming with what they call “a living and dynamic nature classroom”. At the Hort de la Sínia you can discover what nature offers us, as well as the benefits of syncing with its rhythms and building healthy living habits into our daily lives. A chance to take better care of ourselves and of the planet we live on.
Finally, you can complete the day in endearing company, that of Caius and Faustina, the former owners of the aristocratic villa of Els Munts, in Altafulla. This Roman villa is part of the World Heritage declared by UNESCO, and is one of the best preserved on the whole peninsula. With the theatrical explanations of Caius and Faustina, you will learn first-hand how this couple lived many centuries ago, in Roman times, in this extraordinary natural spot right by the beach.
