The visit begins at the monastery castle of Sant Miquel d'Escornalbou, which was restored by the diplomat Eduard Toda and which gives its name to the oil of the Riudecanyes cooperative. In the village, the Centre d'Interpretació Fruits del Paisatge displays an old mill and press, and there you can taste the Escornalbou oil. Finally, in the olive grove, the origin of the arbequina, the cultivation and harvest, and a commented tasting.
