Visit to the mill and oil tasting in Cabacés

In Cabacés, the producer himself explains the cultivation of the olive tree in the area and the varieties of olives he works, shows the mill and how extra virgin olive oil is obtained and does a tasting with a tasting glass. Five oils are compared: three monovarietals and two coupages. There are no visits from October 1 to January 8.
