The Societat d'Investigacions Espeleològiques de Tarragona organises visits to the Cova Urbana de Tarragona, walking through galleries and chambers that were unknown until 1996. The visit is suitable for children from the age of 12. They also run diving, canyoning and via ferrata activities.
