In the Conca de Barberà there are several cycling routes, such as the trades route —which introduces you to the most traditional trades, such as blacksmith, locksmith, woodcutter, charcoal burner, shearer, saddler, cartwright or cooper, and encourages you to observe them—, the castles route, or the route to Montblanc.
Many of the routes run around Poblet and its forests, and offer the chance to follow different itineraries and discover its unique corners. This is the case of the Poblet forest, managed for 800 years by the monks of the monastery and today a magnificent protected natural area, the Poblet Natural Site of National Interest, with a wide variety of vegetation and wildlife.
