The Bellmunt del Priorat Mining Museum is an interpretation centre for lead mining, whose aim is to preserve and promote heritage elements related to mining. The museum is located in the Eugènia Mine, the most important lead mine in Catalonia in terms of output and quality of the ore. The complex, which operated until 1972, also included housing and shared services for the workers and their families. Admission includes the permanent exhibition, the audiovisual presentation and a guided walk through 700 metres of underground galleries.
