The old mill of Vandellòs has been restored and turned into an interpretation centre devoted to olive oil, a space that reveals the world of oil through audiovisual panels, hyper-realistic resin figures, audio guides and even the original machinery in operation. The visit includes an audiovisual presentation with the testimony of the millers in the 1970s, when the mill was still working. The visit ends with a tasting of oil from the Vall de Llors (Valley of Laurels).
