Platja Llarga
Platja Llarga in Salou, the tourist capital of the Costa Daurada, is 646 metres long and is the longest of the beaches in the Cap Salou area, though not in the municipality. With fine golden sand and clear, calm waters, it enters the sea along a gentle slope, ideal for families with children.

Platja Llarga is a tranquil paradise, with a protected natural dune and sand that lies right next to a pine wood, in a fantastic combination of sea and mountain. Platja Llarga is reached via the camí de ronda and offers spectacular views to visitors and bathers.
At Platja Llarga you can enjoy various water and leisure activities, such as banana boat rides, oxon, motorboat, parasailing, jet skis and pedalos, or have fun on the floating pontoon. Platja Llarga also has two marine lanes for practising the open-water swimming discipline of triathlon as far as Platja dels Capellans and Cala de la Font.
Platja Llarga also offers many services for visitors, such as a children's play area, calisthenics equipment, beach bar-restaurants, lifeguard and rescue service, and holds the ISO 14001 certification, which attests to its excellent hygiene and environmental and tourism quality.
