Experience the rock art trails of the Priorat
One of the least-known but most fascinating elements of the Priorat's heritage is its rock paintings and the mark left there by the first humans in very remote times.
The valleys of Capçanes hold a treasure of rock paintings, a benchmark for their uniqueness and their number. They represent the largest concentration of rock paintings –within a 2 km radius– in the whole country.
An experiential visit, suitable for all audiences, that brings together art, culture, nature, landscape and, for sure, a few surprises you won't expect. For example, during the route to discover the paintings, the most curious will also have the chance to paint, just as the first
humans did, or to try out their aim with a bow and arrow.
