Visit the Museu i Forn del Vidre in Vimbodí
In Vimbodí we invite you to find out whether "blowing and making bottles" is as easy as it looks. Take the opportunity to visit the Museu i Forn del Vidre, which highlights the importance of this almost vanished industry.
Want your day to be perfect?
The charm of rural life in Vallclara
A 13-minute drive from Vimbodí, we suggest a visit to the little village of Vallclara, a rural community at the foot of the Muntanyes de Prades, which has been designated a family tourism destination. If you enjoy hiking, it is a good starting point for an easy circular family route.
Visit the Monastery of Poblet
Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1991, Poblet is the largest inhabited Cistercian monastery in Europe. We suggest a visit through all its rooms to discover the history of this architectural complex of great importance to the Crown of Catalonia-Aragon. Poblet is the largest monastery on the Cistercian Route; Santes Creus and Vallbona de les Monges, in the province of Lleida, are the other two, and it is a good starting point for getting to know these three great monastic complexes.
