On the rocks
The aromatic herb garden is the setting for a unique experience at “On the rocks”, the craft liqueur workshop in Vimbodí i Poblet run by the duo of Rosa and Maria, an artisan pastry chef and an environmental scientist who three years ago decided to start a project making liqueurs by hand.
The discovery will let you taste the three product families of the workshop, accompanied by chocolates and bonbons.
