At 11.30 am, visit to Torclum: a walk among olive trees to learn about the oil production process and a tasting of its oil and other products in the Espai Torclum. At 2.30 pm, lunch at the Vell Papiol Restaurant in Calafell, with a gastronomic menu by chef David Vernet. There are 15 places, subject to the availability of the restaurant, and reservations must be made 48 hours in advance.
