The day begins at 11.30 am with a guided tour of the Torclum fields: a walk among olive trees to understand how oil is produced and what makes good extra virgin olive oil different. It continues with an oil tasting and ends with a tasting menu. There are 15 places, subject to the availability of the restaurant, and reservations must be made 48 hours in advance.
