La Embutada. The young wine festival

The festival invites you to recover the memory and the wine-growing tradition and highlights the funnel, which was used not only in Tarragona and in the municipalities of the Tarragonès, but also in such emblematic wine regions as the Priorat and the Baix Penedès. La Embutada is centred on Plaça del Rei in Tarragona, in the Part Alta (historic centre), where fishermen and castellers (human tower builders) celebrated the arrival of the harvest.
