The Mas Montseny mill has been producing oil since 1940. The visit begins in the olive grove, with the arbequina and the other seven varieties that are grown, continues in the old mill, which is preserved intact, and in the modern one, and ends with a guided tasting with official tasting glasses by the producer, Roger Catà. To close, the rosta: toasted bread over the fire with unfiltered oil.
