From the olive tree to the table
Cooperativa Falset-Marçà
A winter day to follow the path of the olive. If the weather permits, you participate in the harvest, and in the olive grove there is a farmer's breakfast with bread with tomato, sausages and porrón. Then you visit the old mill and the new mill of the cooperative in Marçà, to see how the production has changed, and you finish with a tasting of the different types of oil and Ètim extra virgin olive oil.
